Redirection fixes and smaller improvements

• Move warning to only run once

• Remove debugging, so that unauthorized requests get properly redirected

• Fix redirection (& redirection loop) for unauthorized requests, if the redirect was intended to go to the phished domain

• Fixed wrong instructions
